Hey! My name is Whitney (Bowman) Helton.

I obtained my State of Georgia Real Estate License in November of 2021 and have been working to bring efficiency and a little pizzazz to The Bowman Team ever since.

With an extreme passion for organized, clear, and concise communication, you can rest assured that our transaction will be as transparent as one can be. My goal is to make your home buying or selling experience one that you WANT to tell your friends about!

My husband and I spent a brief 4-year period in the Lone Star State, where I obtained my State of Texas Code Enforcement Officer license. I was required to be familiar with current building codes, local and state-level property codes, basic construction inspection skills, and more. This truly will impact the experience you receive with me as your REALTOR®! After my career as a Code Enforcement officer ended, I spent the remainder of my time in Texas as a Chief Clerk for a Civil/Criminal court. This experience grants me the ability to articulate and negotiate with even the hardest of people.

I truly do look forward to working with each of my clients in the most professional, yet friendly way possible!
